Build your space. If you reserve early during the pre-build phase, we'll work with you to finish out the garage space with customizable options. You can choose from unfinished, a partial finish, or a full finish-out. Unlike other garage condos, our maker community is zoned for both commercial and residential so your second floor can be a fully finished living space.
Create your dream. It's time to put the space to work. Set up shop to paint, design, tinker, collect, invent, or construct. There's nothing your space can't do.
